Returns and Refund Policy
At jialeelclothes, we are committed
to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to
assist you with a return or refund, provided the following conditions are met.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following
conditions must be met:
- Return Period: Items must be
returned within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused,
unworn, and in the original condition with all original tags, labels, and
packaging intact. Products should not show signs of wear or damage.
- Exclusions: Certain items are
non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons,
including:
- Intimate apparel such as lingerie, underwear, and swimwear.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Customized or personalized items.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these
simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer
service team at sale@jialeelclothes.top with the following details:
- Order number.
- Item(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted, etc.).
- Photos of the item(s) (if applicable) to help expedite the
process.
- After we review your return request, we will issue a return number
and provide you with return instructions. Returns will not be accepted
without prior authorization.
- Prepare the Return: Carefully pack
the item(s) back in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Please ensure that the items are returned in their original, unused
condition.
- Ship the Return: Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a
defect or mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable and insured
shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). We cannot
guarantee the safe return of items lost in transit without tracking.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received, we will
inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet the eligibility requirements. If the
return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method
within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will exclude shipping fees,
both for the original and return shipment. Shipping fees are
non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If you received a gift card or store credit for
your purchase, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
- Partial Refunds: If your item does
not meet the return conditions (e.g., it is worn, damaged, or missing
parts), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, or in some cases,
reject the return.
- Currency Conversion: If the
original payment was made in a different currency, any refund may be
subject to exchange rate fluctuations, and we cannot be held liable for
any difference in the refunded amount.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged,
defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately (within 7
days of receipt) at sale@jialeelclothes.top with the following
details:
- Order number.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item(s), including close-ups
of any defects.
- Description of the issue (e.g., damaged, incorrect size, or
color).
We will review your case and provide you
with a prepaid return label for the defective or damaged items. You may choose
between a full refund or a replacement item (subject to stock availability).
In case of a manufacturing defect or
error on our part, we will cover all return
shipping costs. If we are unable to replace the item, we will offer you a full
refund, including the initial shipping fees.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this
time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the
item for a refund and place a new order.
- For exchanges due to sizing issues, we recommend checking the
size chart before ordering, as we cannot guarantee that an item will be
available in the size or color you want after a return.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
Please be aware that the following charges
are non-refundable:
- Shipping Fees: Any shipping costs
paid, including those for delivery and return, are non-refundable, except
in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Customs Duties or Taxes: For
international returns, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes,
or additional shipping fees incurred during the return process. We do not
refund any customs duties or taxes.
7. International Returns
For international returns, customers are
responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable
shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the value of
the returned goods. Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import
fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Fees: These fees may vary
depending on your country of residence and the value of the returned
item(s). Please check with your local customs office for more information
before returning an item.
8. Canceling an Order
Once an order is confirmed, we begin
processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Unfortunately, we are
unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed or shipped.
However, if you wish to cancel your order
before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at sale@jialeelclothes.top,
and we will do our best to assist you. If your order has already been shipped,
you will need to return the item following our returns process.
